RCS
The RCS verifies the presence and quantity of a recycled material in a final product. This is done through materials and chain of custody verification by a third party.
It enables a complete evaluation and verification of the content of recycled materials in products, to give companies the means to guarantee that they are selling quality products and that they receive what they are paying for.
This includes ginning, spinning, knitting and knitting, dyeing, printing and sewing companies.

Sustainability
Part of our strategy, starting in 2019 we have defined sustainability as a priority, taking the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as a guide.
We have divided the objectives into 3 main pillars to focus specific actions and meet the objectives: Social, Environmental and Economic.
Social
1. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
Ensuring a healthy life and promoting well-being is essential for sustainable development, even in the face of the unprecedented global health crisis, which is destabilizing the world economy and dramatically changing the lives of people around the world.
2. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Global consumption and production depend on the use of the environment and resources in a way that continues to have destructive effects on the planet and that is jeopardizing our future development.
3. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Rapid urbanization is resulting in an increasing number of inhabitants in poor neighborhoods, inadequate and overloaded infrastructure and services, which is worsening air pollution and uncontrolled urban growth.
3.1. INCLUSION AND SUPPORT FOR MINORITIES
Reducing inequalities and ensuring that no one is left behind is an integral part of the Sustainable Development Goals, and is a matter of concern for many people who are especially at risk of being excluded.
3.2. ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN
At Faxel we have a percentage of 43% of female collaborators, single mothers who fight for their families and who are supported in various ways, promoting support and equality.
4. SUPPORT FOR RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL ENTERPRISES
Inclusive and sustained economic growth can drive progress, create decent jobs for all, and improve living standards.
5. RELATIONS WITH NGOs AND SOCIAL FOUNDATIONS
For a development agenda to be carried out successfully, inclusive partnerships need to be built on principles and values, as well as on a shared vision and goals that focus first on people and the planet.
